3. The installation is easy, remove the traditional bulb, then connect 85-265VAC directly, without ballast, and put the led R7S on as the following photos

R7S LED Light Testing process:
1,We purchase the raw materials of the R7S LED Lamp from foreign well-known brand suppliers
2,Finished R7S LED Lamp must be made 1000 times on-off test firstly, then go on aging test for 48 hours. Through these two steps strict test, ensure all the R7S LED Lamp meet the quality standard.
3,The R7S LED Lamp must be tested under a series of bad condition, including the highest temperature 150°C and the lowest temperature -40°C

R7S LED Light Usage Notice:
1,No ballast need, Any ballast should be removed before installation
2,The R7S Led LAMP is not water-proof
3,The socket temperature peak is 65°C,do not touch the aluminum or any part while working

100% of the lamps will be tested and keep lighting for 24 hours to test its quality reliability , and we will also test its temperature after 24 hours’ lighting.Then after it is cool we again test 100% of the lamps to see if it still work well . Each lamp should pass all these QC procedures before shipping to customer.
